Meg Bitton – Tutorials in Portrait Photography and Editing

A photographer, photography instructor, business owner, and digital content creator, Meg Bitton draws on more than two decades of shooting and photo editing experience to provide instructional videos on her website, MegBittonProductions.com. She offers both in-person and online classes such as Finding You, her most popular class, and packages covering the fundamentals of photography. In addition, the platform and additional instructors teach classes such as Zero to Photoshop and The Basics of Compositing. Meg Bitton has created the best backgrounds, brushes, actions, and overlays in the industry. All of these assets include classes on how to use them to create the images customers desire.

Meg Bitton also provides instruction on a variety of other Photoshop editing techniques with tutorials on correcting underexposure, achieving a perfect carefree black and white photo, and seamlessly editing subjects into a digital background. Most of these tutorials are less than $30. Meg Bitton offers more than 100 editing tutorials on her website, including Golden Pastel Haze, Overexposed to Outstanding, Strawberry Tonal Separation, From Green to Golden Glory, and Soft Drama, to name just a few. She also provides in-person photography instruction and is a digital content creator.

Recognizing that photographers also have to manage their own businesses, Meg Bitton draws upon her own experience to provide tutorials in crafting welcome emails, preparing invoices, marketing on Instagram, and pricing photo shoots.

Beyond delivering online and in-person photography instruction, Meg Bitton was featured in the book Capture the Moment and executive-produced the short film Removed, which details the sadness and separation of being in foster care. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and The Brearley School in New York City.
